AIBI

A redesign proposal for the Association of Investment Bankers of India, the SEBI-recognised body of India's merchant bankers.

An unsolicited redesign proposal: not commissioned by AIBI, and not affiliated with them. Shown to illustrate how we'd approach it.

After — our proposal.

The brief

AIBI's site serves very different visitors — member bankers, investors with a grievance, regulators and the press — and each needs to find their thing fast: membership, the track record of public issues, resources, events.

Our approach

We gave it the gravity of an institution: a serif-led design, a live market strip for context, and a 'Latest' panel that puts press releases, data and member forms on the first screen. Membership, Market Data, Resources, Investors and Events each get a clear home in the navigation.

Key decisions

  • Lead with what changes

The first screen carries the latest press release, the public-issue track record and the membership form — the things visitors come back for.

  • One red action

'Become a member' is the single red button on the page; everything else stays navy and quiet, so the association's main ask is never lost.
