Before and after

The brief
Techigent designs, deploys and secures the systems that banks, pharmaceutical manufacturers, retailers and utilities run on. Done well, that work is invisible — so the site had to make 'nothing went wrong' feel like a reason to call.
Our approach
We wrote the positioning into the headline — 'Infrastructure that doesn't make headlines.' — and organised the offer into six disciplines delivered by one accountable team, with sector experience up front.
Key decisions
Turn the quiet into the pitch
Reliability is hard to show, so the copy names it directly and the design stays calm and exact — the opposite of a noisy security vendor.
The same team builds and runs it
The page makes the accountability model the differentiator: the people who design a system are the ones who answer when it pages.
