Delete your account

How to delete your Arrow Frenzy account and the data we hold about you.

In the game (fastest)

• Open Arrow Frenzy and go to Settings.
• Open Account Connection and choose Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted at once.

By email

If you cannot open the game, write to gamesupport@victrixstudio.com with your player name, and the Google or Apple email if you linked a login. We will delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

• your account and sign-in tokens;
• the Google or Apple login linked to it, including the email we kept;
• the copy of your progress;
• your league places and scores, and your Timed times and leaderboard entries;
• your player name and country code, which disappear from boards.

What is not

Data saved only on your phone is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its data. Short-lived operating logs and backups expire on their own schedule. Anything we are legally required to keep is kept only as long as required.

Ads data

Ad choices are handled by Google, not stored in your account. You can change them in Settings › Privacy options (where shown) and in your phone’s advertising settings.
