Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Victrix Studio (“we”) for Arrow Frenzy (“the game”). By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not play.

About the game

Arrow Frenzy is an independent game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any other arrow puzzle game or its makers.

Using the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on your own devices. You may not:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the game or its content, except where the law allows it;
• cheat: use modified apps, automation, tools that tap for you, or exploit bugs to get results you did not earn;
• send false results to our servers, or interfere with the servers or other players’ play;
• use the game for anything unlawful.

Leagues, leaderboards and fair play

Online results are checked. We may refuse or remove results we believe are not genuine, remove players from leagues and leaderboards, and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. Leagues and leaderboards can change, reset or end at any time.

Player names

Your player name is public. It must not be offensive, hateful, unlawful or pretend to be someone else. We may change or remove a name that is.

Accounts and progress

Your account is anonymous unless you link a Google or Apple login. Keep your phone secure; whoever has it can use your account. We try to keep your progress safe but cannot guarantee it will never be lost, so there is no promise to restore it. You can delete your account at any time (see the account deletion page).

Ads and purchases

The game is free and shows ads, some of which you can choose to watch for a reward. Where we offer an optional purchase (for example, removing ads), the app store you use handles payment and refunds under its own terms, and what you buy is a licence to use it in the game, not property. We may change prices and what is offered.

Our rights

The game, its levels, art, sounds and text belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Other names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Changes to the game

We may update, change or stop any part of the game, including online features, at any time. We will try to give notice of major changes.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The game is provided “as is”, without promises that it will be error-free, always available or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of progress or leaderboard places, and our total liability for anything arising from the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the last 12 months (which may be nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by deleting the game and, if you wish, your account. We can end or limit your use of the game if you break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do we will change the date above, and if the change matters we will tell you in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
