Arrow Frenzy · Victrix Studio
Privacy policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy explains what Arrow Frenzy (“the game”) keeps about you, why, and what you can do about it. The game is made by Victrix Studio (“we”). You can reach us at gamesupport@victrixstudio.com.
What stays on your phone
Your progress, settings, statistics, awards and streak are saved on your phone. If you never go online in the game, they never leave it.
What we collect when you use online features
Leagues and leaderboards need a small account on our server. It is anonymous: you do not give us your name, email or phone number to play.
- Account: a random ID, a secret sign-in token (we keep only a scrambled copy of it), your player name, and an optional two-letter country code.
- Game results: your league score and your Timed times and stars. To check that a result is fair we also receive the taps of the run (where and when you tapped) and replay them.
- If you link a Google or Apple login: the login’s user ID and its email address. We use them only to sign you back in on another phone and restore your progress. We never see your password.
- A copy of your progress, if you link a login: your level, settings, statistics and awards, so a new phone can restore them.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic request details. Our servers use them to keep the service running and to stop abuse (for example, to limit how many accounts one address can make). They are kept in short-lived operating logs.
What other players can see
Your player name and country code are shown on leagues and leaderboards to other players. Pick a name that does not identify you. Your email, login and progress copy are never shown to other players.
Ads
The game is free and shows ads, provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may use your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Where the law requires it (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some US states) the game asks for your consent before any ad is requested, and ads do not load until you have chosen. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy options, and you can reset or limit your advertising ID in your phone’s own settings. More about how Google uses data in ads: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Ads may be personalised unless you decline consent or limit ad personalisation. Under some US state laws, personalised advertising can count as “sharing” personal information; the Privacy options form is how you opt out where that applies.
The game is not aimed at children, and tells the ad network so.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your precise location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos.
- At the time of writing the game has no analytics or crash-reporting service. If we add one, we will update this policy first.
Who we share data with
We use service providers to run the game: our server hosting provider, a network provider that sits in front of our server (Cloudflare), and, for the features above, Google (AdMob, and Sign in with Google) and, on iPhone, Apple (Sign in with Apple). They process data for us or for you as described here. We may also disclose data when the law requires it or to protect the game and its players from abuse.
Where data is processed
Our servers and our providers may be in countries other than yours. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer.
Why we may process your data (for people in the EEA and UK)
- To provide the game and its online features you ask for (contract).
- To show ads, only with your consent where it is required.
- To keep the game secure, fair and free of cheating (our legitimate interests).
How long we keep it
We keep your account and results until you delete your account. When you do, they are removed from our live database straight away; copies in backups disappear as the backups expire. Operating logs are short-lived.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account in the game: Settings › Account › Delete account. Details are on the account deletion page.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to gamesupport@victrixstudio.com. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority. Other places have similar rights, and we will respect them.
- You can withdraw ad consent in Settings › Privacy options (where shown), or by clearing the game’s data.
Children
The game is not directed to children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent where you live), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections. Sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what we hold.
Changes
When we change this policy in substance we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant we will tell you in the game.
